Raven 33 Mobile is an easy-to-use and reliable firewood processor. It is operated with an overhead lever, which controls the machine's direct-controlled hydraulics and allows for simultaneous cutting and splitting operations.  The robust structure and minimal need for maintenance ensure that the machine is cost-efficient to use. Effortless operation and sufficient splitting power enable the processor to split even the largest of logs – get ready to make firewood for all purposes with unparalleled ease.

The one-piece guard, which is connected to the operation, is sprung by gas springs. It makes using the machine safer and is quick to open in the event of a malfunction, also allowing easy maintenance of the saw chain. Low power requirement and light weight of the machine also allow the use of lighter tractors. Raven 33 firewood processor has a carpet infeed conveyor and a laterally pivoting hydraulic outfeed conveyor as standard equipment.

The machine can be equipped with accessories to suit the application. With a tree lifter and auxiliary and log tables, you can make your work even easier and more efficient. The reverse valve on the infeed conveyor can be used to feed and reverse wood independently of the machine’s functions. The features of the machine make it ideal for shared use. The Raven 33 is available as a mobile model that can easily be taken to wherever the job site is. The mobile model has a work platform as standard equipment and a hydraulic HakkiLift log lifter as an optional equipment, which enable efficient and effortless work anywhere.

Falcon 37 Mobile is the fastest in its size category on the market and, thanks to its single-lever control, very easy to use. Designed for power users, the Falcon 37 is equipped with an adjustable hydraulic chain oil pump, which extends the life of the saw chain and bar and reduces the number of maintenance breaks.  The Falcon 37 comes standard with a cleaning outfeed conveyor that separates debris from the firewood without the need for additional equipment. A chute at the end of the outfeed conveyor separates the debris, resulting in a cleaner firewood as the end product.

For added safety and convenience, a one-piece active guard stops the saw and splitting immediately when opened. An adjustable, hydraulically operated blade chain lubrication pump ensures long chain and bar life. The lubrication pump is fed from a separate canister, which is quick and clean to change. The machine’s open bottom design allows for easy cleaning and the integrated toolbox keeps the most important tools easily available.

With a wide range of accessories, you can easily tailor the machine to your needs. The machine is available with an optional hydraulic splitting blade height adjustment, when it is possible to use the eight-part splitting blade that turns even the sturdiest logs into usable firewood.

Falcon 37 is available as a mobile model that can be transported from one worksite to another behind a car. The mobile model has a work platform as standard equipment and a hydraulic HakkiLift log lifter as an optional equipment, which enable efficient and effortless work anywhere.

38 Pro Mobile is the most robust among the mobile-equipped machines and is suitable for real power users. It is equipped with Hakki Pilke's professional HakkiCut™ interface, which allows for wood cutting at an automatically optimized saw descent speed by pressing just one joystick button. The 38 Pro's 10-ton splitting force ensures that even the most challenging woods can be effortlessly and safely processed into high-quality firewood, achieving a splitting cycle of only 3 seconds.

In the 38 Pro processor, the AC10 automatic chain tensioner functions mechanically. The patented AC10 system maintains the chain at optimal tension, improving the efficiency of the sawing process and providing a significant increase to the life span of the chain and bar. In addition to sawing and cutting, the joystick is used to adjust the height of the splitting blade and control the infeed conveyor. The 38 Pro model also features the familiar Hakki Pilke cleaning outfeed conveyor, which separates debris from firewood without any additional accessories. As a new feature, the machine also includes a control valve for the outfeed conveyor – this can be used to reverse or stop the conveyor belt as necessary.

The 38 Pro is available as a mobile model, which can be easily towed behind a car to where the logs are. The mobile model has a work platform as standard equipment and a hydraulic HakkiLift log lifter as an optional equipment, which enable efficient and effortless work anywhere.
